I am a very satisfied State Farm policy holder, both homeowners and auto ... and Brian LLewellyn and his staff are the best I have ever dealt with. I have been a State Farm police holder forever (approaching 50 years). I have not had many claims over the years; however, in the last 12 months, I have had a major homeowners claim (hail damage) and two rather unusual automobile comprehensive claims. The service provided by Brian and his staff has been excellent - very professional -
providing guidance, assisting me in interfacing with other State Farm service groups and following-up to ensure there were no open issues and everything was being handled. Policy holders appreciate good service, especial after major assets have been damaged and you want to have them restored. I am one of those policy holders. Appreciate the great service!
