Called looking for a game. They only had a preowned which was priced higher than a new one. He gave some lame reason why they charge more. Said it was probably discontinued, unable to be found, and therefore priced higher?! I said Target still has the game in stock and priced cheaper but in Dallas. (At that point I heard him snicker and say "well...") I said that I would rather buy here in town if they would be willing to match the price even though it was used, I would buy here. He said the prices online reflect what they are in store and then started talking to another customer... So was that a no? We are not willing to have any customer service even before the sale? I said thanks for your time and he hung up on me. Wow! Glad I didn't give them my business and surely won't in the future.
