I can't believe the corruption of this company. One of their truckers swerved into the oncoming lane my girlfriend was driving in, with our baby, and totaled her car. She shattered her knee and incurred over $20,000 in medical bills, our son thankfully only had a few minor scratches. She took them to court not to try and take them for all they had, but just to pay off the medical bills she could not afford to pay. They paid off the deputy who first arrived on the scene to loose all the evidence including witness reports and photographs, They paid off the judge and he would not let us disclose the full story when my girlfriend was on the stand, nor would he allow any photographic evidence that we had to replace the "lost" evidence, because we are not "professional crime scene photographers". They even hired their own crime scene investigator to "reconstruct" the accident. There are many more ugly details that would require a lot more space to write it all. In the end my girlfriend got stuck with over $20,000 in medical bills for an accident that was not her fault. Texas Star Express does not care about the safety and well being of others on the road, the business is completely unethical as a whole, and they care about nothing other than their bottom line. I highly encourage that no one contracts this trucking company for any purposes, if for no other reason than they do not care about you, your cargo, or your business. Furthermore they have no regard for others on the road and are a safety and well being hazard to all drivers and any who might be unfortunate enough to have a collision with one of their trucks.
