I have had horrible experiences with Zales! My husband and I bought both of our rings from here & we have had several additions/changes/fixes & each time we send it in, there is ALWAYS an issue. They never get your rings back when they say. They won't answer your phone calls. They have called me & told me my ring was finally ready (after promising it would be ready several different dates before) only to discover that it was partially done (for instance, the ring was polished but the band & ring were not soldered together as requested--- the main thing we needed done!) Several horrible experiences here. Would not use them again. They are always so nice, but the words become meaningless when they just never come through! Disappointed.
